History

Although the date of its foundation is not known, there are documents that show that Altzueta cider house was already dedicated to selling natural cider back in 1878 and is today in its 4th family generation.

The building is a Basque farmhouse of the most traditional style that was fully renovated in 1982, keeping its main structure intact. More recent renovations of the facilities were completed in 2004 with the incorporation of new manufacturing and bottling machinery, state of the art stainless steel vats and fully renovated dining rooms.
